Landscaping Services for Your Home

We are a family-owned company, fully insured and in business since 2018, and we keep our work outdoors at your home. Our crews cover weekly lawn care, mulch and beds, irrigation repair and zone work, sod installation, landscape design and hardscape installation. We also handle the heavier jobs: tree trimming and removal, palm tree pruning and removal, stump grinding, bamboo removal, seasonal cleanup and full property cleanup.

  • Worker trimming variegated shrubs with a hedge trimmer along a mulched bed beside a stucco home, with a green lawn and a street lined with oaks and palms

    Lawn Care

Regular mowing, edging and trimming set to your grass type and the season, with every visit's scope and price written down before we start.

  • Curved bed edged with stacked concrete block, planted with a pygmy date palm, ti plants and shrubs, beside a flagstone-style paver walkway leading to a covered patio

    Landscape Design

A scaled layout, a plant list matched to your sun and soil, and itemized pricing you can read before any work begins.

  • Mulch and Beds

We strip weeds, cut clean bed edges and lay mulch at a measured depth, keeping it off trunks and your foundation, with every line item priced in writing first.

  • Irrigation

Sprinkler repairs, zone rebalancing, drip lines and new systems, each priced in writing after we test every zone at your home.

  • Seasonal Cleanup

Twice-a-year resets for your yard: leaf and debris removal, freeze-damage cutbacks, bed edging and haul-off, scoped in writing first.

  • Sod Installation

Old turf stripped, soil graded and the right grass for your sun and shade laid tight, with every step and cost factor written out before we start.

  • Hardscape Installation

Paver patios, walkways, driveway pads, fire pit areas and low garden walls, built on an excavated, compacted base and priced line by line in writing before work begins.

  • Tree Trimming and Removal

Structural pruning, roof and storm clearance, and controlled removal of dead or failing trees, with the full scope written down before we start.

  • Palm Tree Pruning and Removal

We cut dead fronds, boots and seed stalks without overcutting, or take down a failing palm in sections, with the scope written down first.

  • Stump Grinding

We grind leftover stumps and surface roots below grade, then haul or backfill the chips so the spot is ready for sod, beds or a new tree.

  • Bamboo Removal

We cut the canes, dig out the spreading rhizomes and haul it all away, after we put the area, dig depth and disposal in writing for you.

  • Property Cleanup

We cut back overgrown yards, pull vines off fences and haul away old debris piles, with every task listed on paper before work begins.

How a Job Runs From First Call to Cleanup

Four steps, and you see the paperwork before you see a crew.

  1. 1

    Phone call and walkthrough

You call, we set a time, and we walk the property with you. We check soil, drainage, irrigation coverage, tree condition and access, and we ask how you use the yard.

  2. 2

    Itemized estimate on paper

You receive an estimate that lists each task, material and quantity, plus anything we recommend but you have not asked for, marked separately. Take time to compare it with others.

  3. 3

    Work day

Before digging we have underground utilities located when the job calls for it, and we flag irrigation heads so they are not run over. The crew works to the agreed scope and checks with you before any change.

  4. 4

    Walk-through and cleanup

We run the irrigation zones, walk the finished work with you, and point out watering or mowing needs for new sod and plants. Debris leaves with us.

How We Work on Your Property

Most yard disputes start with a vague estimate. We put the scope down in detail, then do the job the way it was laid out.

An estimate you can check line by line

Each estimate lists the tasks, quantities and materials separately: square feet of sod, cubic yards of mulch, number of irrigation heads, linear feet of edging. If something is not on the page, it is not in the price, and we tell you that up front.

Changes are approved before they happen

Sometimes digging turns up a cracked lateral line or a root mat under old sod. When that happens we stop, show you photos, and put the added cost on paper for your approval before we continue.

We explain the cause, not just the fix

A brown patch in St. Augustine grass can be chinch bugs, a clogged rotor, or shade from a tree that has filled in. We tell you which one it is and why, so you are not paying to treat the wrong problem.

Honest repair-or-replace answers

If three broken spray heads are the whole issue, we replace three heads. If an aging controller and mismatched nozzles are wasting water across every zone, we show you the difference in writing and let you decide.

A clean site at the end of the day

We blow off walks and drives, haul away clippings and debris, and leave beds raked. Equipment stays off soft turf when the ground is saturated.

Three landscapers lay sod rolls along a fresh mulch bed of potted shrubs and flowers in a fenced backyard beside a stucco house, with a wheelbarrow and shovels nearby.

A Landscaping Company That Puts It in Writing

We started this company because homeowners kept telling us the same story: a low verbal price, then a final bill padded with extra mulch, extra haul-off and labor nobody mentioned. Our answer is simple. We measure, we write it down, and we charge what we wrote.

Our work leans on the details of Central Florida yards. Sandy soil that drains in minutes, summer afternoon storms that test every drain line, and palms that suffer when their green fronds are stripped too high. We explain those causes in plain terms, so you understand why we recommend a deeper mulch layer, a rotor instead of a spray head, or leaving a palm's healthy fronds alone.

What Moves the Price of a Landscaping Job

We do not price from a flat rate sheet, because two yards the same size can need very different work. These are the factors we measure on the walkthrough and spell out in your written quote.

Your estimate is free and prepared after we see the property in person. For bigger projects we can arrange financing of up to $100,000, with terms anywhere from 2 to 12 years and no penalty if you pay it off early.

Area and quantity
Square footage of lawn, cubic yards of mulch or rock, and linear feet of edging or paver border set most of the material cost. We measure on site rather than guessing from an aerial photo.
Access to the work
A backyard behind a narrow side gate means sod pallets, pavers and debris move by hand or by small equipment. Wide gate access lets us bring in a skid steer or stump grinder and finish faster.
What is underneath
Old sod with deep thatch, buried landscape fabric, rock under beds, or surface roots all add removal and grading time. Central Florida's sandy soil also drains fast, so new beds and sod may need amended soil to hold moisture.
Material choices
Floratam St. Augustine, Zoysia and Bahia sod differ in cost and in how much water and sun they need. Pine bark, cypress and rubber mulch, or concrete pavers versus natural stone, change the total as well.
Tree size and position
Height, trunk diameter, lean, and how close a tree or palm sits to the roof, fence or power line decide whether we can drop it in sections or need rigging. Haul-off of wood and fronds is listed as its own line.
Timing and season
Sod roots fastest in the warm, wet months, while large planting projects are easier to establish before the summer storm pattern sets in. We note when a better window could save you water or replacement plants.

Questions Homeowners Ask Us

Something not covered here? (407) 537-4177

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The on-site walkthrough and the written estimate cost nothing, and there is no obligation to hire us afterward. You keep the estimate either way.

How do I know the final bill will match the quote?

The estimate lists every task, material and quantity on its own line. If we find something during the job that changes the scope, such as a broken irrigation main or buried debris, we stop, show you, and get your approval on the added cost in writing before continuing. Nothing else gets added.

Do you offer financing for bigger projects?

Yes. Financing is available up to $100,000 on terms from 2 to 12 years, with no prepayment penalties. It is most often used for hardscape, full landscape design installs and large tree removal.

Why is my St. Augustine lawn turning brown in patches?

The common causes are chinch bug damage in hot, sunny areas, dry spots from a clogged or misaligned sprinkler head, and fungal problems from watering in the evening. We check irrigation coverage first because it is the cheapest fix, then look for insects or disease. The answer goes in writing with the recommended treatment.

How long until new sod can be walked on and mowed?

Fresh sod needs daily watering for the first couple of weeks while roots knit into the soil below. Most lawns are ready for a first light mow once a gentle tug no longer lifts the pieces. We give you a watering schedule that fits your irrigation zones and local watering rules.

How much should a palm tree be trimmed?

Only dead, yellowing and hanging fronds, along with seed pods, should come off. Cutting healthy green fronds into a tight 'hurricane cut' weakens the palm and can narrow the trunk over time. We trim to what the tree can spare and explain each cut.

Can you handle bamboo that has spread from a neighbor's yard?

Yes. Running bamboo spreads through underground rhizomes, so cutting the canes alone lets it return. We remove the canes, dig out the rhizome mass on your side, and can install a root barrier along the property line to slow regrowth.
